Leading the whole process or mentoring your team to implement the route-to-market strategy defined in the ReportTrack report, including:
- Recruitment of personnel, agents and/or distributors as defined in the plan as the best route to market.
- Initial visits to potential customers
- participation in exhibition/conference
- oversight of implementation of initial marketing plan
- Includes country visits in addition to the conference as required
Expected to be concluded over a 3-6 month period depending on the number of days agreed.
Our international sales management process can then be extended in agreement with the client to monitor progress and provide additional support over an extended period.
We have several clients who, even after the initial market entry, utilise our services for a few days a month to ensure everything remains on track, or to look at new opportunities.
