Leading the whole process or mentoring your team to implement the route-to-market strategy defined in the ReportTrack report, including:
- Recruitment of personnel, agents and/or distributors as defined in the plan as the best route to market.
- Initial visits to potential customers
- participation in exhibition/conference
- oversight of implementation of initial marketing plan
- Includes country visits in addition to the conference as required
Expected to be concluded over a 3-6 month period depending on the number of days agreed.
SalesTrack can then be extended in agreement with the client to monitor progress and provide additional support over an extended period.
